Job summary

ATFX is seeking a proactive Business Development Lead to drive partnerships and expand our broker network in Indonesia. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with IBs, institutional clients, and channel partners, and execute strategies with a focus on results.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in forex or financial trading, 3+ years in management, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in forex or financial trading.
• 3+ years in a management role.
• Client-facing experience in sales or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English preferred.

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experiences in the forex or financial trading industry.
• At least 3 years experiences in management position
• Sound experience in client-facing duties such as customer service or sales (business development/account management), preferably within the financial industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal oriented.
• Candidate who is able of written and spoken English is preferred
