Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in business development, category management, project management, e-commerce, fintech, consulting, or related fields. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus, but not required.
• Good project management and execution skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in digital products and financial services.
