Job summary

PT. Fitomi Sentosa Edukasi is seeking a Marketing/Business Development Manager to expand the company’s commercial interior, furniture, fit-out, renovation, and related construction projects in Jakarta and beyond.

The role focuses on identifying new clients, growing project pipelines, and securing profitable contracts. You will lead marketing initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver proposals and close deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development in interior, furniture, fit-out, renovation, or property-related industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to understand client needs, read project scopes, and negotiate commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and approach potential clients in corporate, office, retail, hospitality, F&B, property and residential sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Generate new leads and convert them into qualified project opportunities.
• Coordinate quotations, proposals, BOQ/RAB, and commercial offers with Design, Estimation, Procurement, and Project teams.
• Manage sales process from initial contact to handover to project team and ensure timely collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Develop strategic partnerships with developers, architects, designers, and furniture suppliers.
• Maintain updated sales pipeline, client database, and project opportunity reports.
