Job summary

PT. TRIDENT TREEHOUSE CONSULTANCY is seeking a Business Development professional in Jakarta to win new clients and nurture relationships after signing. You will present our accounting and tax services, understand client needs, and tailor proposals with the right packages.

You will coordinate with our accounting and tax team, meet on-site with clients, and strive to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or client handling within consulting, accounting, or tax services.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax principles (PPh, PPN, SPT).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines and visit on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, events and outreach.
• Pitch our accounting and tax services to business owners and finance managers.
• Assess client needs and propose suitable service packages.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate fees, and close engagements.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Serve as the main contact for assigned clients from onboarding.
• Coordinate with accounting and tax teams and collect required documents.
