Job summary

You will conduct service presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction. The role requires resilience, communication excellence, and the ability to work with both independent and team efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or relevant fields.
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in tax, business consulting, or finance industries is preferred.
• WFO – work from office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for tax and business consulting services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct service presentations and provide suitable solutions to potential clients.
• Prepare business proposals and manage negotiation processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality meets client expectations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with active and previous clients.
• Achieve client acquisition and sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on client activities and performance.
