PT. TRIDENT TREEHOUSE CONSULTANCY is seeking a Business Development professional in Jakarta to win new clients and nurture relationships after signing. You will present our accounting and tax services, understand client needs, and tailor proposals with the right packages.

You will coordinate with our accounting and tax team, meet on-site with clients, and strive to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or client handling within consulting, accounting, or tax services.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax principles (PPh, PPN, SPT).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines and visit on-site as needed.

Business Development – Accounting & Tax Services

We are a consulting firm providing accounting and tax services to local businesses, foreign-owned companies (PT PMA) and startups. We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can both win new clients and take care of them after they sign. You will pitch our services, understand each client's accounting and tax needs, propose the right solution, and act as their main point of contact, working closely with our accounting and tax team.

Our services include bookkeeping, monthly tax compliance (PPh, PPN), annual tax returns (SPT Tahunan), payroll and PPh 21, tax planning and advisory, tax audit assistance, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, events and outreach

Pitch and present our accounting and tax services to business owners, directors and finance managers

Assess each client's needs (business size, transactions, tax obligations) and propose suitable service packages

Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate fees and close engagements

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients from onboarding onwards

Collect client documents and information on schedule and pass them to the accounting and tax team

Explain deliverables, deadlines and tax obligations to clients in clear, simple terms

Follow up on outstanding documents, approvals and invoice payments

Handle client questions and concerns promptly and elevate technical issues to the right specialist

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Business or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or client handling, ideally at an accounting, tax, audit or consulting firm

Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29, PPN, SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan)

Proven track record of pitching to clients and closing deals

Fluent in English (spoken and written) ; confident dealing with foreign clients

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Organised and able to manage many clients and deadlines at the same time

Willing to be mobile and meet clients on-site regularly
