Job summary

PT. TRIDENT TREEHOUSE CONSULTANCY in Jakarta seeks a results-driven Business Development professional to grow our legal and corporate services. You will source new clients, pitch services to business owners and investors, and close engagements with strong follow-through.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B sales, fluency in English, and understanding of Indonesian business setup (PT/PT PMA, OSS, NIB). Will travel daily around Jakarta to meet clients and expand partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in legal, corporate, consulting or professional services.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); confident presenting to foreign clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients through networking, referrals, events and outreach.
• Pitch and present our legal and corporate services to business owners, directors and investors.
• Understand each client's needs and propose the right package of services.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate fees and close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Meet clients regularly on-site across Jakarta and surrounding areas.
• Act as the main point of contact from first meeting to engagement signing.
• Work closely with the legal team to hand over new clients and ensure a smooth start.
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business, upselling and referrals.
• Build referral partnerships with accounting firms, consultants, chambers of commerce, embassies and business communities.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to grow our legal and corporate services business in Jakarta. You will find and win new clients — local businesses, foreign investors and startups — by pitching our services with confidence, building long-term relationships and turning conversations into signed engagements. This role is for someone who loves meeting people, is persuasive in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, and is always on the move.

Our services include company incorporation (PT / PT PMA), business licensing (OSS / NIB), corporate secretarial, legal drafting and review, immigration (KITAS) and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities
