Job summary

Magada Tirta Amerta seeks a driven professional to support Merchant Operations. You will focus on content hygiene and quality, merchant activation, education and engagement, while identifying merchant needs and outlining drivers to drive results.

Collaborating across teams, you will handle ad-hoc tasks to improve the business and contribute to a fast-paced environment in Karawang and Jakarta regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills are required.
• Able to interpret data, management information and trends.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day tasks will be working under the Merchant Operations Team on content hygiene & quality, merchant activation, education and engagement.
• Responsible to identify merchant needs and formulate key drivers to reach key results
• Require to perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the Team to improve overall business
• Work and collaborate across teams and stakeholders as part of Merchant Operations Team Requirements:

Requirements

• Prior working experience in sales/business development is desired
• Minimum educational background: S1 (Graduated) from reputable university
• Understand how to use Microsoft Office and are fluent in the usage of shortcuts, formulas, and pivot tables
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills, especially communication via phone
• Able to draw conclusions from data, management information, and trends
• Comfortable with mobile working
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Based in Area (Karawang & Jakarta)
• Mandatory to have personal motorcycle for daily mex visits
• Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person
