Magada Tirta Amerta invites a focused professional to join the Merchant Operations Team. You will ensure content hygiene and quality, activate merchants, educate and engage them to reach company goals, and collaborate across teams.

The role requires strong communication and data-driven decision making, with field visits by motorcycle in Jakarta and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate holds a reputable university degree, is comfortable with mobile work, and thrives in fast-paced environments

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Graduate from a reputable university (S1).
• Strong MS Office skills including shortcuts, formulas and pivot tables.
• Excellent presentation and verbal communication via phone.
• Able to derive insights from data and trends.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and travel by motorcycle for visits.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day tasks under the Merchant Operations Team on content hygiene and quality.
• Merchant activation, education and engagement initiatives.
• Identify merchant needs and drive key drivers to achieve results.

• Responsible to identify merchant needs and formulate key drivers to reach key results
• Require to perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the Team to improve overall business
• Work and collaborate across teams and stakeholders as part of Merchant Operations Team Requirements:

Requirements

• Prior working experience in sales/business development is desired
• Minimum educational background: S1 (Graduated) from reputable university
• Understand how to use Microsoft Office and are fluent in the usage of shortcuts, formulas, and pivot tables
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills, especially communication via phone
• Able to draw conclusions from data, management information, and trends
• Comfortable with mobile working
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Based in Area (Karawang & Jakarta)
• Mandatory to have personal motorcycle for daily mex visits
• Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person
