Job summary

Magada Tirta Amerta in Indonesia is seeking a proactive Merchant Operations professional to support content hygiene and quality, activate merchants, and educate and engage partners.

You will identify merchant needs, analyze trends from data, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive performance. A Bachelor's degree, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication are essential; ownership of a motorcycle for field visits is required.

Qualifications

• Prior working experience in sales/business development is desired.
• Minimum educational background: S1 from reputable university.
• Understand how to use Microsoft Office with shortcuts, formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Able to draw conclusions from data, management information and trends.
• Comfortable with mobile working.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Based in Area (Karawang & Jakarta).
• Mandatory to have personal motorcycle for daily visits.
• Number of candidates required: 1.
