Job summary

PT Indodana Multi Finance is seeking a proactive Business Development Junior Associate to manage relationships with Balikpapan merchants. You will train merchants on product knowledge and dashboards, promote programs, and drive sales growth through strategic collaborations with local brands and partners.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, have 2–3 years in finance, own a SIM A/C license and a personal vehicle, and possess strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills to expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in financial company
• Vast network in local brand / retail merchants preferred
• Strong analytical in sales and performance monitoring
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax process
• Dealing with merchants in order to support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement
• Analyzing market update, developing sales program based on customer demand, business expansion, trends and competitor activity
• Researching ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (examples : missing features, improvements, client feedback)
• In charge of creating partnerships with brand, online merchant, payment gateway or other partners in regional
• Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners

Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants. Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics. Identify, research and maintain relationship with merchants. Have a depth understanding of both our product and the partners' product in order to create a successful partnership.
