Job summary

PT Bank Digital BCA (BCA Digital) is seeking a Partnerships Analyst to analyze needs for bank solutions, develop cooperation programs, and grow the partner network.

The role requires strong analytical ability, stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge of banking regulations. You will coordinate with Legal, Risk, and Product teams to implement agreements and drive business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-7th semester (Undergraduate in any related majors).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and process mapping.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk/compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Understanding of business management and strategy.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
• Stay updated on economic and technological developments.
• Banking industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze needs and business for Partners/Debtors for bank solutions.
• Develop business concepts and cooperation programs with partners.
• Identify, build and manage cooperation with partners and debtors.
• Drive growth in transaction volume and profitability of products.
• Manage partner/debtor portfolios to meet bank targets.
• Provide reports on business development.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance and other units on cooperation agreements.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing for partner products.

Job description

• Conducting analysis of specific needs and business of Partners and/or Debtors for the provision of solutions from the Bank;
• Developing business concepts and cooperation programs with business partners both regularly/seasonally and developing good relationships with business partners and/or Debitors;
• Identifying, building, developing, and managing cooperation with existing and potential business partners and/or Debtors that can support the development of the Bank's business;
• Increasing the growth of transaction volume and profitability of each product, service, banking solution;
• Managing the portfolio of existing partners and/or Debtors to support the achievement of the Bank's targets;
• Providing reports on the development of the Bank's business;
• Conducting evaluations and reporting on the implementation of acquisition programs and business development and carrying out follow-ups;
• Cooperating with related Work Units (including: Legal Division, Risk Management Work Unit, and Compliance Work Unit) in making cooperation agreements with business partners, along with the studies needed; Coordinating with the Product Manager and Marketing Communication Division in making product souvenirs for Partners and/or Debitors
