Job summary

Bank Saqu in Jakarta Center seeks a Finance & Performance Analyst to support monthly bank-wide reviews, KPI tracking, and profitability analysis. You will ensure accurate, timely reporting and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost savings.

The role requires collaboration across departments, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with data visualization and programming tools. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will work at the Head Office in Jakarta.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Bank-wide and branch Performance Review for management, including profitability and KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
• Identify gaps between actual performance and targets; highlight trends and improvement opportunities.
• Update monthly actuals for each Cost Driver.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Assist in budgeting and treasury reporting, including ALCO materials.
• Support counterparty monitoring, liquidity forecasting, and regulatory compliance tracking.
• Maintain treasury-related documentation and policy updates.
• Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and strategic material preparation.

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Prepare monthly Bank-wide and corresponding Business Performance Review for management, including profitability and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
• Assisting in Determining Bank-wide and corresponding Business Performance gap between actual performance against targeted, trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
• Updating the actual number for each Cost Driver on Monthly Basis
• Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements
• Assist in Administrative of Budget Custodian Task
• Providing the actual data and previous version budget
• Assist in preparing Treasury reports, monthly performance reports, market updates, along with ALCO meeting materials and corresponding minutes.
• Support compilation and analysis of financial information for counterparty monitoring and limit reviews.
• Monitor daily cash positions and assist in short-term liquidity tracking and forecasting.
• Support monitoring of key treasury ratios and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist in maintaining treasury-related documentation and reporting processes
• Strategic Planning: Supporting in Material Preparation of various Ad-Hoc Analysis
• Support Annual review on Contingency Funding Plan and corresponding Simulation
• Support in preparation of regulator surveys (Quarterly SPBO, etc)
• Act as a support in bookkeeping and update of relevant Policy and Procedure (eg: Updated ALCO TOR, Treasury Policy, Code of Conduct, etc)
• Process Improvement: Continuously suggest and execute process improvements (incl. Streaming Process)

What Is Required and What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
• Basic understanding in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting (knowledge of financial modelling will be advantage)
• Posses analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
• Proficiency in Excel (incl. but not limited to sum, sumif, vlookup, pivot Table)
• Basic understanding of Data Visualization and Programming Language (incl. but not limited to Phyton, SQL, Tableu, Looker)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Basic to Intermediate English in both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the organization's strategic objectives
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address challenges and opportunities
• Willing to work from Head Office in Jakarta, Sudirman Area from 9AM WIB to 6PM WIB and/or occasionally visiting Tiang Bendera Head Office (Kota Tua Area)
