Shopee Indonesia is offering a full-time internship role to candidates pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma. You will assist Key Account Managers with daily campaign operations, curate high-visibility campaigns, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations to optimise merchant onboarding and commercialisation.

You will leverage data insights to enhance campaign performance and engage niche sellers for sustainable growth.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) in daily operational work related to campaigns and initiatives.

• Promote niche sellers to participate in Shopee campaigns and drive growth.
• Adopt a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Develop workflows and automation tools to streamline daily operations and boost efficiency.

Job Description:

• Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) in daily operational work related to campaigns and initiatives such as identifying and managing key merchants and deals to elevate campaign performance
• Support the end-to-end curation and execution of high-visibility campaigns and deals, backed by data insights and consumer behavior trends
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes, from merchant onboarding to commercialisation
• Work with stakeholders to optimise exposure strategies to maximise engagement and relevance for deals and campaigns
• Conduct competitor monitoring and research to better understand the competitor landscape of the various categories
• Promote niche sellers to participate in Shopee campaigns and achieve sustainable growth
• Adopt a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Assist to develop innovative workflows and automation tools to streamline daily operations and boost efficiency

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related discipline
• Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
• Entrepreneurial spirit, works well in a dynamic environment
• Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
• Analytical and comfortable with data, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
• Relevant experience in e-commerce and knowledge of local F&B Deal Vouchers scene is an advantage
