Job summary

Shopee is seeking a proactive intern to support Key Account Managers with daily campaign tasks and initiatives across categories. You will assist in performance analysis, generate category insights, and help shape strategy with data-driven input.

You will engage with sellers, spot trends, and identify opportunities to grow our platform tools and campaign packages. A collaborative, energetic attitude and strong Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in related discipline
• Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
• Entrepreneurial spirit; works well in a dynamic environment
• Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships with partners
• Analytical and comfortable with data; Excel skills advantageous
• Full-time interns preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers with daily tasks for campaigns and initiatives
• Conduct performance analysis and generate category insights to support strategy development
• Assist in managing brands, spotting trends, and finding opportunities for the category/categories
• Promote and encourage sellers to join Shopee platform tools and campaign packages
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key sellers by addressing their needs
• Apply creative and innovative thinking to solve problems effectively
