Shopee Indonesia is offering a full-time internship role to candidates pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma. You will assist Key Account Managers with daily campaign operations, curate high-visibility campaigns, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations to optimise merchant onboarding and commercialisation.

You will leverage data insights to enhance campaign performance and engage niche sellers for sustainable growth.

Responsabilités

• Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) in daily operational work related to campaigns and initiatives.
• Support end-to-end curation and execution of high-visibility campaigns and deals with data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless processes from merchant onboarding to commercialisation.
• Work with stakeholders to optimise exposure strategies to maximise engagement and relevance for deals and campaigns.
• Conduct competitor monitoring and research to understand the competitor landscape of various categories.
• Promote niche sellers to participate in Shopee campaigns and drive growth.
• Adopt a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Develop workflows and automation tools to streamline daily operations and boost efficiency.
