RoboMetrics AI is seeking Part-time Business Development Partners to connect real-world locations with our Embodied AI Data Collection project in Jabodetabek. The role requires building relationships with site owners and coordinating access for data collection at factories, warehouses, and other facilities.

Ideal candidates have strong industry networks, excellent communication, and are comfortable with on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide project information and documents to location representatives.
• Introduce the project manager for further discussion.
• Support ongoing communication until the location is activated.

Part-Time Business Development Partner – Embodied AI Data Collection

Compensation: IDR 300,000–1,000,000 incentive per successfully realized location

About the Opportunity

We are looking forPart-Time Business Development (BD) Partners to help connect suitable real-world locations with ourEmbodied AI Data Collection Project.

Our company provides AI data services covering autonomous driving, LLM audio/video data, expert data, andembodied AI/robotics data. For this project, we are looking for access to factories, warehouses, logistics centers, retail stores, fitness centers, and other suitable locations.

We especially prioritizesmall-to-medium manufacturing factories in Jabodetabek, particularly facilities with manual production lines.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and introduce suitable factories, warehouses, logistics centers, retail stores, fitness centers, or other potential locations.

Contact and build relationships with location owners, managers, or relevant decision-makers.

Conduct an initial site assessment and help coordinate access to the location.

Visit the location when required and record basic videos of the production line, work area, and surrounding environment for our evaluation.

Provide project information and relevant documents to the location representative.

Introduce our project manager to the location representative for further discussion.

Support communication and coordination until the location is successfully activated.

Requirements

Havedirect access to or strong connections with factories, warehouses, logistics centers, retail stores, fitness centers, or similar locations.

Able to directly contact location owners or managers.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Able to build trust and facilitate introductions between our team and potential location partners.

Willing to conduct initial site visits and provide basic location information/videos.

Responsible and responsive in coordinating with both the location and our project team.

Existing networks withinmanufacturing or industrial environments are highly preferred.

Compensation

IDR 300,000–1,000,000 incentive for each successfully realized location.

The incentive amount depends on the difficulty of accessing and securing the location.

Payment will be processed after thefirst official data collection day has been completed.

There is potential to earn more by successfully introducing multiple suitable locations.

When Is a Location Considered Successfully Realized?

A location will be considered successfully realized when all of the following have been completed:

The location owner signs thelocation rental agreement.

The location owner signs theNon-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Our data collection team successfully enters the location and completes the official data collection.

How the Partnership Works

1. Location Matching & Initial Assessment
You identify a suitable location, contact the relevant person, visit the site when required, and provide basic information/videos for our evaluation.

2. Project Introduction & Communication
If the location passes the initial evaluation, you introduce the project and facilitate communication between the location representative and our project manager.

3. Agreement Signing
The location and our team complete the required NDA and location rental agreement.

4. Data Collection & Incentive Payment
Our trained data collection team conducts the official collection. Once the first day is completed, your BD incentive will be processed.
