Job summary

Syspex Indonesia Lifestyle in Tangerang, Indonesia, seeks a results-driven Business Development / Sales professional to expand the market for industrial equipment including high speed doors, dock levellers, and warehousing solutions.

You will visit factories and warehouses, build strong relationships with contractors and consultants, prepare work plans, and report progress to the Business Development Manager. This role requires proactive leadership and strong communication in English and Bahasa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in industrial equipment, especially warehousing gear.
• Strong relationship with contractors and consultants.
• Proactive, strong leadership, and ability to work under target pressure.
• Good understanding of warehousing products is a plus.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Experience in handling commercial activities, such as contracts and agreements.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Customer oriented, resourceful and collaborative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for industrial equipment (high speed doors, dock levellers, racking, forklift).
• Look for customers by conducting project visits to factories and warehouses.
• Proactively gather market trend information and perform analysis.
• Visit customers regularly and ensure smooth, successful cooperation.
• Participate in marketing events.
• Manage coverage area around Indonesia.
• Create work plans and monthly progress reports.
• Report to the Business Development Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in any major
