Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to support the company's growth objectives and long-term business plans.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas.
• Prepare business plans, financial projections, and financial models to evaluate business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and potential investments.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships and business relationships with key stakeholders, potential partners, and external organizations.
• Support corporate development initiatives, including business expansion, strategic collaborations, and new business ventures.
• Coordinate with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop, evaluate, and implement strategic business initiatives.
• Prepare business proposals, strategic presentations, reports, and recommendations for management and external stakeholders.
• Translate business ideas and strategic opportunities into structured business plans, including objectives, implementation strategies, timelines, and financial considerations.
• Monitor business performance, evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple business development projects and ensure timely execution in alignment with the company's strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Provision in Business Planning & Financial Modelling
• Proactive, persistent, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in project management.
• Structured thinking & communication skills - research, ideation, creation, presentation, discussion, interpretation, coordination (with the ability to present clearly to executives and external stakeholders), used to formulize from ideation to Business Plan creation
• Experience working with a detail-focused or hands-on leader is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Bahasa and English (Other regional languages would be advantage)
• Willing to handle and support business development activities across the company's subsidiaries.
