Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between operational teams and business stakeholders to support alignment and execution.
• Support onboarding of new clients or new territories, covering both operational readiness and administrative processes.
• Identify, develop, and support new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and business materials to support partnership discussions and pitches.
• Assist in contract discussions and support deal closure in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment.

As a Staff - Business & Commercial Partnership (Level 4) , you will support the development and execution of commercial initiatives by acting as a bridge between operational and business needs. You will be exposed to client onboarding, market analysis, partnership coordination, and cross-functional collaboration - all contributing to Blibli's broader growth journey.

What You'll Do
