Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/IE/Business or related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience welcome.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, data visualization, or automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn about AI and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Review business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

• Review & get in details on business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Support AI and automation projects through data collection, analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and assist with project tracking, change management, and training activities.
• Measure the impact of automation initiatives through reports, dashboards, and operational data.
• Support continuous improvement projects aligned with business objectives.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 .
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, data visualization, or automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
