Job summary

Neo Energy Materials is seeking an experienced IT leader to administer mining-related systems and drive end-to-end implementations. The role demands strong project management, governance compliance, and data integrity across IoT, safety, and ERP integrations.

You will translate business needs into scalable system solutions while coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining thorough documentation. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, with on-site work in a mining environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, mining, geology, or related field.
• 10+ years in system admin, business process analysis, and end-to-end implementations.
• Experience with mining-related systems: fleet, weighbridge, IoT, safety, and ERP integrations.
• Strong project management across full lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bilingual: Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Lead end-to-end system implementation and development projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain IT project documentation, system repositories, policies, and procedures.
• Design and manage system integrations in accordance with applicable governance standards.
• Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage project priorities, workload allocation, system enhancements, maintenance requests, and business-as-usual activities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve application errors, integration failures, user access issues, and other system-related problems.
• Translate business requirements into effective, reliable, and scalable system solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in system administration, business process analysis, and end-to-end system implementation, preferably in mining or heavy industries.
• Proven experience implementing mining-related systems, such as fleet management, weighbridge, safety, IoT, and supply chain applications, including integration with ERP systems.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and documentation discipline.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
