Job summary

Berca Global Access in Jakarta centers its business analysis function on translating business needs into concrete processes and documentation. The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, solid communication, and the ability to model workflows with UML diagrams.

You will work closely with developers, test teams, and users to ensure successful delivery. As a hands-on analyst, you will gather requirements, create flowcharts, participate in SIT/UAT, and help train users on new systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Computer Science or related fields.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodology.
• Good Communication, Analysis Skill, System Integration, and Good Knowledge in Business Process.
• Familiar with UML Flow diagrams.
• Have experience of software testing (SIT, UAT, etc.).
• Experience in using project management and collaboration tools is a plus.
• Experience SQL Query and programming concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information to understand business process/system needs.
• Able to writing on project documentation (FSD, SIT, UAT, User and Operation Manual, etc) and MOM.
• Ability to translate requirement into flow chart of process flow.
• Ability to perform testing and provide training to users.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the internal developer team.
