Job summary

PT Sigmantara Alfindo is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to gather data from multiple units, analyze monthly performance, and report insights to management. The role includes quarterly market analysis and proposing improvement actions on ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years in business analysis, preferred FMCG exposure, and strong Excel/PowerPoint expertise. Collaboration, initiative, and adaptability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (prefer from Business/Management/Accounting/Information System)
• Min. 2 years experience as Business Analyst
• Should have minimum 1 year working experience in FMCG industry
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Easily adapt to changes
• Can do attitude and initiative
• Expert in excel spreadsheet & PowerPoint presentation
• Experience in internal audit/finance/business analysis would be an advantage
• Experience in SQL and data visualization tools is an advantage

Job description

Gathering data from business units and analyze monthly business performance and provide necessary feedback to management.

Quarterly Analysis on Market Data.

Initiate and or propose improvement action on ad hoc projects of the current business performance as well as new business opportunities

Help to monitor work process in to be compliant to standard operating process

Research on market information, identify new business opportunities and other project on ad-hoc basis.
