Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (prefer from Business/Management/Accounting/Information System)
• Min. 2 years experience as Business Analyst
• Should have minimum 1 year working experience in FMCG industry
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Easily adapt to changes
• Can do attitude and initiative
• Expert in excel spreadsheet & PowerPoint presentation
• Experience in internal audit/finance/business analysis would be an advantage
• Experience in SQL and data visualization tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Gather data from business units and analyze monthly business performance and provide feedback to management
• Quarterly analysis on market data
• Initiate or propose improvement actions on ad hoc projects
