Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk is seeking a motivated and creative business analyst to join its digital solutions team in Indonesia. You will gather business requirements, design functional specifications, and work with banks and financial institutions to enable seamless e-channels and IT solutions.

The role focuses on collecting data, evaluating information, translating requirements into documents, managing change, and presenting demos to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Science, or Technic Informatics.
• 2-3 years of working experience as business analyst preferable; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong coordination and project management; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop data collection checklist including business process, existing software and applications.
• Evaluate and analyze the collected data and information including captured business requirements.
• Develop detailed business requirements document, present to clients and translate into a functional design/specification.
• Manage change requests related to project plans daily to meet deadlines.
• Learn to present and perform demonstrations (low to medium complexity) of the application to clients.

Scope of Works:

• Develop data collection checklist including business process, existing software and application, and other requirements as well as ensure that all required data and information have been completely collected.
• Evaluate and analyze the collected data and information included the captured business requirements.
• Develop detailed business requirements document, present to and get approval from clients then translate into functional design / specification document
• Manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
• Learn to present and perform demonstration (with low to medium complexity) of the application or software to client.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from Information System, Computer Science, or Technic Informatics
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience as business analyst is preferable. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Have strong coordination and project management (able to manage multiple priorities effectively)
