Job summary

Deltadata Mandiri in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to gather and translate business needs into clear requirements. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and IT, ensuring solutions align with business goals.

Responsibilities include documenting BRD/FRD, crafting use cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, managing change requests, and delivering projects on time while monitoring KPIs and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• End-to-end project management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, use cases, and user stories.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum experience 2–4 years as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience handling projects as a Project Manager (end-to-end project experience is preferred)
• Strong understanding of business analysis documentation (BRD, FRD, use cases, user stories, etc.).
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or ERP projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP are a plus.
