Job summary

Deltadata Mandiri is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and guide projects from planning to delivery.

You will document BRD/FRD, create user journeys, and collaborate with IT and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business goals in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum experience 2–4 years as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience handling projects as a Project Manager (end-to-end project experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of BRD, FRD, use cases, and user stories.
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities
