Job summary

Shopee International Indonesia is seeking an experienced project professional to lead built-to-suit development and warehouse property initiatives. The role focuses on land procurement, tender processes, site feasibility, and alignment with Shopee’s operational standards across Indonesia.

You will review designs, manage vendor negotiations, and oversee construction QA, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with local regulations. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Civil/Construction/Real Estate).
• 2–6 years in industrial construction, warehouse development, or project management.
• Knowledge of building codes, permits, and Indonesian regulations.
• Experience with tender/RFP processes and landlord negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse warehouse property market including land prices and build costs.
• Source land parcels and landlords for built-to-suit developments within timelines.
• Run tender processes and evaluate site feasibility; develop RFPs.
• Review design proposals and material submissions from landlords or contractors.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure QA and SPX Express standards.
• Track timelines and drive corrective actions for on-time delivery.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover documentation for facilities.
