Job summary

You will collaborate with users, buyers, and vendors to streamline procurement across multiple locations, support warehouse readiness, and handle ad hoc operations requests to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics or operations coordination.
• Familiar with shipment planning and inventory control across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) with data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including PR, PO, and goods receiving.
• Monitor vendor deliveries based on issued POs, ensuring timely delivery and accurate quantities.
• Manage inventory of operational supplies, including stationery, pantry, and refreshments.
• Support warehouse operational readiness and special operational campaigns.
• Coordinate with users, buyers, and vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and operational support requests to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
