Job summary

PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to collect and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales reports. You will support budgeting and incentive programs, and prepare price/cost analyses.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and teamwork. AC product regulations experience is a plus. Based in Jakarta, you will coordinate with factories and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Maintain SAP data, including prices, discounts, and BOM.
• Prepare and maintain ISO-related documents and reports.
• Support product certification and regulatory requirements, including SNI, energy efficiency, Wi‑Fi certification, manuals, and warranty cards.
• Coordinate with factories and relevant teams for government reporting and required data.
• Coordinate with laboratories, certification bodies, and relevant authorities for product certification.
