Job summary

GoldenAgri in Jakarta is seeking a Budget Controller to manage end-to-end budgeting processes and ensure alignment with strategic plans.

You will prepare annual budgets, monitor CAPEX, funding cash flow, and review carry over budgets across units. Proficiency in SAP and strong English are required; Mandarin is a plus. Willingness to travel within Indonesia and be based at head office in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting with GPA ≥ 3.0
• At least 3 years' experience as Budget Controller
• Analytical thinking required
• Familiar with SAP
• Willing to travel around Indonesia for business trips
• Fluent in English; Mandarin an advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans & budgets for annual planning and monitoring on PSM Level
• Review & Prepare for Funding Cash Flow needs in business Unit (PDO & PPDO)
• Review & Prepare "Dana Unbudget" as required by Business Unit Head
• Monitoring Actual Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) inline with Budget Quarterly
• Review and monitoring Carry over Budget yearly

• Review and monitoring Carry over Budget yearly.

Job Requirement

• Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting with GPA min 3.00
• Having min 3 years of working experience as Budget Controller
• Good in Analytical Thinking
• Familiar with SAP system
• Willing to travel arround Indonesia for business trip
• Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
