Job summary

Golden Agri Resources seeks a skilled FP&A professional to lead financial planning and reporting at its Jakarta head office. The role focuses on performance analysis, P&L, balance sheet, and variance reviews to support business decisions.

You will partner with sales and operations, handle large data sets, and deliver timely reports with strong communication. Fluent English required; Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 3 years of FP&R experience.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets.
• Strategic thinking and time management.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency with SAP or S4 Hana.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willing to be located at Head Office Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Management Financial Performance, such as Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Conduct analytical review for sales volume, COGM, and OPEX.
• Understand the business strategy as part of the Business Partner role and provide analysis and financial planning & reporting.
• Prepare financial analysis and variance analysis reports in a timely and accurate manner, including profit/loss analysis and cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Financial Planning & Reporting.
• Excellent reporting, presenting and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets.
• Good strategic thinking, time management and organizational skills.
• Proven analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Familiar with SAP or S4 Hana.
• Fluent in English; speaking Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta.
