Job summary

Golden Agri Resources in Jakarta is hiring a Budget Controller to manage end-to-end budgeting processes, annual planning, and cash flow preparations for business units. The role requires coordinating CAPEX monitoring and carry-over budgets while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Accounting with at least 3 years of budgeting experience, be fluent in English, and be willing to travel across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Budget Controller.
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation.
• Familiar with SAP system.
• Willing to travel around Indonesia for business trips.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans and budgets for annual planning and monitoring on PSM Level Review and funding cash flow needs for business units.
• Review and prepare Dana Unbudget as required by the Business Unit Head.
• Monitor Actual CAPEX aligned with budget on a quarterly basis.
• Review and monitor carry over budget yearly.

• Review & Prepare "Dana Unbudget" as required by Business Unit Head.
• Monitoring Actual Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) inline with Budget Quarterly.
• Review and monitoring Carry over Budget yearly.
