Job summary

L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division in Jakarta is seeking a contract-based e-commerce operations specialist to join our team. You will coordinate product listings, monitor stock, track sales, and support campaigns with data-driven insights.

This 3-month role offers real responsibility from day one, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to global beauty brands within a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good Excel and reporting skills; familiarity with e-commerce dashboards is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Clear communication and effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or digital operations is an advantage.
• This is a 3 months contract-based role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product listings, content updates, promotions, and campaign setup in platforms.
• Monitor stock availability, pricing, order status, and platform performance.
• Track sales, traffic, conversion, and campaign results; prepare regular reports and highlight trends.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate their resolution with internal teams and platform partners.
• Support e-commerce plans with data-based recommendations.
