Qualifications

• Experience translating data into audience engagement.

• Ability to brief hosts and coordinate across teams.
• Comfort with real-time performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define livestreaming activation priorities by brand and platform.
• Identify and recruit hosts, brief and train eBAs, monitor performance.
• Oversee visuals of livestream rooms and backend navigation.
• Track GMV, GPM, PV, CR; prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate across Brand Teams, CDMO, Agencies, and Supply Chain.
