PT Inti Berkat Jaya in Jakarta is seeking a junior Marketing Specialist to lead branding and social media efforts for its Hokee Hongkong Cafe, Colega, Lau Lim, and Breville Cafe. Fresh graduates welcome.

You will craft content plans, manage campaigns, engage with KOLs, and help grow the brands across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Female, max 28 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; marketing experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and social media trends.
• Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Willing to handle multiple F&B brands: Hokee Hongkong Cafe, Colega, Lau Lim, and Breville Cafe.
• Must be comfortable working with F&B brands that serve non-halal food.
