Seven Retail in Jakarta, Indonesia, is hiring a Brand Marketing Associate to support day-to-day brand initiatives and multi-channel campaigns. You will develop briefs, craft messaging, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive brand growth.

The role requires 1–3 years in brand marketing or related fields with strong planning, communication, and analytical skills. You will collaborate on influencer campaigns and monitor performance for continuous optimization.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, social media, or a related marketing role.
• Develop clear campaign briefs, communication strategies, key messaging, and creative directions.
• Demonstrate experience in competitor benchmarking, social listening, and market or trend analysis.
• Manage multiple projects effectively with strong planning, execution, and attention to detail.
• Have experience handling KOL/influencer campaigns or external partnerships from outreach through execution.
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal teams, KOLs, partners, and other stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct competitor benchmarking, social listening, and trend monitoring to identify market insights and opportunities.
• Manage ad hoc marketing initiatives from planning and partner outreach through execution and deliverable management.
• Coordinate KOL, influencer, and partnership campaigns, including outreach, briefing, negotiation, and content execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into recommendations for future marketing initiatives.

Your Day-to-Day
