Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Brand Marketing Associate in Jakarta to develop and execute brand campaigns that align with our objectives across diverse channels.

You will plan briefs, manage campaigns across organic and paid media, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and influencers to deliver impactful content and measurable results for a premium lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, social media, or a related marketing role.
• Develop clear campaign briefs, communication strategies, key messaging, and creative directions.
• Demonstrate experience in competitor benchmarking, social listening, and market or trend analysis.
• Manage multiple projects effectively with strong planning, execution, and attention to detail.
• Have experience handling KOL/influencer campaigns or external partnerships from outreach through execution.
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal teams, KOLs, partners, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
