Job summary

PT. MULTI MEDIKA INTERNASIONAL, TBK is seeking a Brand/Marketing Assistant to support branding needs and coordinate across Digital, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Agencies. Fresh graduates are welcome, especially those with internship experience in a brand team.

A strong foundation in branding, campaigns, and Excel is essential. The role involves assisting with product launches, promotions, and daily admin tasks, while tracking brand performance and campaign results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; majors in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcomed, especially those with internship in brand teams.
• Basic knowledge of branding, marketing campaigns and consumer products.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Digital, Sales, Trade Marketing, Creative, Procurement, Agencies and Partners to support communication and branding needs.
• Support Brand Manager with product launches, promotions and daily administrative tasks.
• Monitor brand performance using Excel and stay data-aware with analyses.
• Execute brand campaigns and offline branding through POSM and store visibility.
• Track campaign timelines, production schedules and reporting of POSM installations.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities across platforms.
• Track sales results and campaign outcomes; report market trends.
• Communicate clearly with managers, peers, and external agencies with a dynamic, fast-paced approach.
• Work at the Head Office in West Jakarta with full WFO arrangement.

Job Description:

Collaborate and work with Digital, Sales Teams, Trade Marketing, Creative, Procurement, Agencies and Partners to assist with communication and branding needs

Support and Assist Brand Manager in product launches, promotions, daily administrative and coordination tasks

Possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel to monitor brand performance and remain data-aware

Execute brand project visibility in stores through POSM and offline branding

Tracking and reporting POSM installation and execution in areas

Help and run brand campaigns, promotions and marketing activities across platforms

Track sales results, campaign outcomes, and simple market trends

Handle and monitoring campaign timelines, production schedules and basic admin tasks

Communicate clearly and effectively with managers, peers, and external agencies

Willing to work in a dynamic-paced environment

Willing to work based at our Head Office in West Jakarta, with a full WFO arrangement
