Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, with the ability to represent the brand effectively.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
• Experience with community management tools and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously and handle customer feedback constructively.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies across social media, forums, and other online platforms.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
• Create and share engaging content that sparks conversation and encourages user-generated content.
• Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers within the online community.
• Analyze community engagement metrics and provide regular reports on sentiment, growth, and key discussion topics.
