Job summary

The Jakarta Consulting Group (JCG) is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications leader in Bandung to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, events, and campaigns.

You will guide the team, collaborate with Sales and other departments to meet targets, timelines, and budgets, and continuously enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales through data-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, campaigns, events, and brand management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and events.
• Ensure marketing activities meet targets, timelines, and budgets.
• Analyze marketing performance to improve brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Maintain consistent brand image and communication across all channels.
• Collaborate with Sales and relevant departments to execute marketing programs.
• Lead and develop the Marketing & Communication team.
