Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a Line 1B Officer in Agency Distribution to reinforce risk governance across agency operations in Jakarta. You will identify, assess and monitor risks, ensuring compliance with POJK and AAJI/AAUI standards, while supporting regulatory changes and training for Agency Leaders and field teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in distribution risk or related areas, strong English communication, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in distribution risk, sales governance, compliance, or audit.
• Familiarity with POJK, AAJI/AAUI standards is advantageous.
• Strong English report writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulation related to life insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, monitor, and control risks in day-to-day agency operations.
• Conduct reviews of agency sales practices and processes.
• Perform risk assessments for new agency initiatives.
• Support regulatory changes and compliance training.
• Prepare governance reports for senior management.
• Document risk findings and follow up on audit issues.
