Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail banking operations, with at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in retail banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and retail customer segments.
• In-depth understanding of Bank Indonesia regulations, AML compliance, and banking risk management.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and financial management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the Banten region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the sub-branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to banking standards and procedures
• Drive business development and revenue growth through effective sales strategies, customer acquisition and retention programmes
• Manage and supervise the sub-branch staff team, including recruitment, training, performance management and development
• Ensure strict compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, and internal policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and cash management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor loan portfolio performance and support credit management activities within the sub-branch
• Implement and monitor quality assurance standards and internal controls
• Prepare regular financial reports and performance analysis for senior management
• Represent the bank in community engagement and local business development activities
