KantorKu seeks an experienced Branch Operations Manager to coordinate multiple regional branches in Malang, Indonesia. You will lead branch-level initiatives, events, and promotions to boost student engagement and enrollment.

Responsibilities include managing branch PnL, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience and loyalty across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or startups is an advantage.
• Strong people-management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
