Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to coordinate multiple regional branches and drive academic processes across the network.

You will lead branch-wide initiatives, oversee PnL performance, and ensure a superior customer experience to foster loyalty and growth. A Bachelor’s degree and proven leadership in Sales/Marketing are required, with experience in education or start-ups considered a plus.

Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.

Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.

Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.

Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.

Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.

Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.

Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.

Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
