KantorKu is seeking a Branch Manager for Kids in Jakarta Utara to coordinate multi-branch operations, drive student engagement, and oversee PnL performance. The role emphasizes leading a team, executing regional initiatives, and delivering excellent customer experiences in a dynamic education environment.

The successful candidate will leverage leadership skills, market insight, and strong communication in Indonesian and English to grow enrollment and nurture loyalty among families and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
