Job summary

Ruangguru in Medan is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee the operations of multiple branches, ensuring smooth daily activity and effective execution of academic processes.

You will lead branch initiatives, including events and promotions to drive student engagement and enrollment, manage branch PnL, optimize revenue, and ensure a high-quality customer experience that builds long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
