Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is expanding its regional presence. We seek a dynamic leader to coordinate and manage branches across the region, ensuring smooth operations and strong student engagement.

You will drive events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to boost enrollment, while applying PnL insights to optimize revenue. You will oversee the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty across branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations preferred.
• Strong people management skills and team handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branches within the regional area, ensuring smooth operations and overseeing the academic process.
• Lead all activity initiatives within branches, including events, promotions, and marketing efforts to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Demonstrate understanding of Profit and Loss (PnL) management, evaluating local market conditions and identifying sales opportunities to optimize revenue.
• Oversee the entire customer experience, managing the end-to-end journey to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
