Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Regional Operations Lead to coordinate and manage branches within the regional area, ensuring smooth operations and oversight of the academic process.

You will drive activity initiatives, events, and promotions to boost student engagement and enrollment, while applying PnL insights to optimize revenue and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations (experience in an English course/educational/start-up environment is advantageous)
• Good knowledge of people management and experience in handling a team
